Booking Deposit and Cancellation Policy

To secure your booking with us we require a pre-paid deposit of $40 for a Stylecut and $80 for a Colour and Cut Package. Please note this deposit is Non-Refundable for non-attended appointments, or if less than 24 hours notice is given to reschedule an appointment. We have this policy due to the number of non-attended appointments. It is usual to need to book 4 weeks in advance for late evening or Saturdays and we operate a wait-list of guests wanting to book in.

Gift Cards Policy

Our Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards will expire 6 months from date of purchase and cannot be extended or exchanged.
